2009. both of those of women's bodies found in a burning car. he is also a suspect that has not been charged in three other killings. officials confirmed a detective mentioned while on the stand the witncommendations that have been linked to the suspect. the judge had apparently clearly stated earlier in the trial that only one home invasion was admissible. since that statement was possibly prejudicial he declared a mistrial. scott, a former ups worker and resident of upper marlboro is not going anywhere. he is also serving a 100 year federal prison sentence on a laundry list of unrelated charges including burglary, robbery, and sex crimes. officials will retry jason scott likely sometime in mid-october. jury selection will be sometime around the middle of that month.
